You need to access your hosting account control panel (cPanel) every other day for various reasons. Hosting service providers assign a special address to your cPanel which includes your domain name with the port number and a typical hosting account cPanel looks like www.yourdomain.com:2082 where www.yourdomain.com is your website address and 2082 is the port number. But if you want a more easier way to access your cPanel, there is a shortcut!
You can access your cPanel directly by navigating to www.yourdomain.com/cpanel, where yourdomain is your domain name. Simply enter your username and password, hit Login button to access your cPanel. Now there is no need of entering any port number or different URL structure to access your hosting account control panel.
