PDF books are now taking over the demand of regular book formats and Amazon company had to implement this feature in it’s next Kindle version. Kindle 2 now supports PDF books which means that you can read PDF books and PDF documents using Amazon Kindle 2. The other enhancements in Kindle 2 are enhanced and longer battery life, stereo speakers, headphone jack and a slider power/sleep switch.
Automatic Whispernet update (common update platform for Kindle devices) is applicable for all new Kindle devices.
