Windows 7 MUI or LIP (Language Interface Packs) is used to change the default Windows 7 language on your computer. You will be able to translate and convert to an another language on menus, dialogs, wizards, menus, welcome screen etc. Windows 7 RTM MUI is now available for free download to general people on most torrent sites.

These MUI or LIP language packs for Windows 7 RTM is compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate edition only. Presently Microsoft is providing these Windows 7 language packs via Windows Update or Microsoft Update only. This is available as an optional update to compatible supported systems only. While Microsoft made the Windows 7 language packs available for MSDN or TechNet, it got leaked on various torrent sites.
