Apple’s latest version of iTunes has been released and it’s iTunes 8.2.1, but this is facing problems with Media Sync in Palm Pre. Earlier it was very easy for Palm Pre users on PC or Mac to synchronizing with Apple’s iTunes media management software. Synchronizing iTunes is important for managing audio and video files stored in iTunes. This is the new bug in iTunes 8.2.1 that stops synchronizing once you upgrade to iTunes 8.2.1.

If you are a Palm Pre users and not being able to sync with iTunes 8.2.1, you can download the Palm webOS 1.1 firmware OS update to fix and re-enable the Media Sync native capability with iTunes 8.2.1. Palm WebOS 1.1.0 also includes new applications and some old bug fixes with more security enhancements.
