Safari Update – Fixes 3 Vulnerabilities

Apple Safari has been updated with the vulnerabilities fixes. Well, this update contains improvements in compatibility as well as security. Apple has released versions 5.0.2 and 4.1.2 of Safari in order to addresses 3 vulnerabilities. Which is the DLL loading vulnerability affecting many windows applications known as remote binary planting, maliciously-crafted content in the WebKit browser engine which lead to a crash and remote code execution.

The Safari version 4.1.2 is available only for Mac OS X v10.4.11 and version 5.0.2 for Mac OS X versions 10.5.8 and 10.6.2 or later and Windows. [via]

Is Dev-Team (Comex) not Working on iOS 4.1 Jailbreak?

Well, I know, you are very much anxious to know – whether Dev Team will make iOS 4.1 jailbreak or not! Hope the title may scared you a lot as it was scared me. It was only a few days ago when Dev Team confirmed that Comex will try and jailbreak iOS 4.1 using another userland exploit. But while replying to a Twitter user, Comex has said that the next iOS 4.x jailbreak may not come from him.
