Google is now going to give you money saving tips. Surprised? Don’t be! Recently Google acquired Tip Jar. Tip Jar is an online community where people give money saving tips & ideas. Community members vote for those tips and make popular money saving ideas. This is a cool new concept but I was surprised to see it’s alexa rank. It’s current alexa rank (at the time of writing this post) is 2986. God, people are so careful about money saving ideas.

Money plays an important role in everyone’s life and hence Google decided to acquire Tip jar. People provide you many money saving tips like grow your own vegetables, drive your old car, don’t buy a new computer but get repaired the old one etc. While surfing the site I noticed that there are some funny answers while others can help you in saving your hard earned money.

Whatever may be, this site is too different from regular Google products. May be Google is planning to spread it’s network like Yahoo!. Visit Tip Jar and start saving your money.
