IIT JEE exam dates, procedure and other details has been announced officially. Students seeking admission in IIT, IT BHU, and ISM Dhanbad college must apply duly before the last date. You can use both online or paper application form to register your name for the examination. Paper forms will be made available at various banks from November 16, 2009 to December 15, 2009. Online application procedure has been started from 1st November and will be closed on 7th December 2009.
IIT, stands for Indian Institute of Technology, conducts examinations every year to award seats to most deserving candidates to study in this most prestigious institute in India. Candidates have to go through 2 papers which will be containing objective type questions from physics, mathematics and chemistry. The time limit of the examination will be 3 hours only.
Getting IIT JEE 2010 Application Forms from Banks
You can get IIT JEE application form along with information brochure from any designated branches of banks. The cost of the application forms will be Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PD/Female candidates (Yellow Color envelope) and Rs.1000/- for all other candidates (White Color envelope).

- 25 years (30 yrs for SC/ST candidates) on Oct. 1st 2009
- Must have passed Intermediate (12th standard) or equivalent having 60% (55% for SC/ST applicants)

- Offline Registration : 16th November 2009 to 15th November 2009
- Last Date for receipt of application form at IIT center : 19th December 2009
- Examination Date : 11st April, 2009

I’ve heard the IIT-JEE is one of the most toughest exams out there plus there’s negative marking!.
