Fix “You Do Not Have Sufficient Permissions to Access this Page” Wordpress Plugin Error

While trying to access the control panel of Adsense Deluxe plugin, Wordpress served me the “You Do Not Have Sufficient Permissions to Access this Page” error each and every time. This plugin was working nice for me since it’s first installation, but this problem started from the day I upgraded to Wordpress 2.8.2 version.  There are few modifications in Wordpress 2.8.2 and 2.8.3 versions which are making few Wordpress plugin’s configuration unstable and not working.
