Tata Photon Plus is a wireless broadband service that works with a USB modem. Tata claims that using the new Tata Photon Plus, users can get a fast broadband speed up to 3.1 mbps. However, the broadband speed differs, depending on your location, broadband plan, time of the day and many other factors, but it’s considerably fast.
Presently Tata Photon Plus is available all over India with several tariffs. The basic and minimum tariff plan starts from Rs.500 per month up to Rs.1500 per month. The higher plan you choose, the more download limit, speed and features you avail. The tariff plan excludes the price of the USB modem, that you can buy for a one time cost of Rs.3600.

Guys, Tata photon+ is useless and you don’t get what you are promised. Their customer care/service is the worst I have seen in the industry…..even worse than the nationalized banks. First of all you don’t get to anyone through their unfreindly and boring pre-recorded system, and if you do then the incompetent people employed there don’t hesitate at all to provide you incorrect/inconsistent responses…even their direct sales executives are useless and give improper information….I will never recommend anyone to but any Tata telecom product/service, simply because of their inefficient, unprofessional customer service….stay away from Tata….sad to see this disgraceful fall of Tata….
