Installing Firefox Windows 7 Theme

1. Download the theme from here
2. Extract the ZIP archive and copy the userChrome.css file to %appdata%/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/<yourProfile>/chrome directory
3. Restart Firefox browser
4. Navigate to Tools >> Addons >> Themes and activate the Windows 7 theme
5. You are done.
