Withdrawing Funds from Paypal to Any Bank Account in India

Paypal, the most secure way to do transactions online without revealing credit card details, allows users to withdraw money to their Indian bank accounts. If you have got funds in your Paypal account and want to withdraw it to any bank account in India, you can request for a process of fund withdrawal and the money should get deposited in your account within 7 business week. Paypal deducts a small fee of Rs. 50 if the total withdrawal amount is less than 7000 INR.

Before fund withdrawal, you need to add a bank account to Paypal. Once you have added a Indian bank account to your Paypal account, you can follow the below steps to request for a fund withdrawal.

1. Login to your Paypal account
2. Click on Withdrawal under “My Account” tab



3. Click the first option which says “Withdraw funds to your bank account”






4. Enter the amount to withdraw and select a bank account (if you have added more than one bank account)



5. Click Continue to proceed to the final step
6. Paypal will display the withdrawal amount in your local currency
7. Click Withdraw to complete the withdrawal process
8. You are done.

Now you should relax and wait for a couple of days. Normally it takes 3-4 days to get the fund deposited in your bank account. However, the time may vary from bank to bank, SBI takes an average of 4 days to complete the process while Karnataka bank completes the process within 2 working days. Also be cautious enough to provide the accurate informations such as bank details, account number, IFSC code etc, else the amount will be returned to your Paypal account and a return fee will be charged.

You need to verify your account using a credit card / debit card to make unlimited fund withdrawals, else the total withdrawal limit will remain $500 per month.
