Apple iPhone is powered to play Youtube videos but the downloaded video should be in MP4 format. Not all Youtube downloaders can download videos supported by iPhone models. Previously I’ve posted an article to download Youtube videos in MP4 format. Here is an another trick to download Youtube videos in MP4 format to support iPhone. This tool is called MxTube. MxTube can stream and download videos for Apple iPhone models.
Download Youtube Videos in MP4 format on iPhone
- First you need to jailbreak iPhone using Cydia
- Launch Cydia and make a search for MxTube
- Install MxTube on your iPhone
- After installation access MxTube from springboard
- Search for your favourite videos on Youtube
- Tap on any video and you will get two options as Stream and Download
- Again tap on Download and you will get three quality options such as High, low and FLV + Convert
- Now MxTube will start downloading videos in MP4 format on to your iPhone
- You are done.
All downloaded videos can be accessed by tapping on the videos tab in MxTube menu. In this way you can download as many Youtube videos as you want on your Apple iPhone and make your own video library.
